When Life hands you Lemons....

Or in our case, when congregational snowbirds arrive back north from their winter retreat in south Texas bearing very ripe, fresh lemons, straight from the tree make lemonade.

Lemonade (from my Betty Crocker cookbook)
3 cups cold water
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar

Mix together and enjoy!

I had enough to make a double batch which was ample for everyone to have some with lunch and then seconds if they so desired.

I'm not sure if I should read this post literally or figuratively.

Just made the dough for your pizzas from an earlier post. Just maybe in a few weeks I will be inspired to get around to making Lemonade!
Thanks Glenda!

Polly, I don't know take it how you like it, just enjoy the lemonade. :-)

Maria, I hope you liked the pizza. Now when lemons are cheap, buy some, make lemonade and drink it with the pizza! Yum Yum, I'm hungry now.
